These Terms are the deal between you and StrongPapa.
Plain language, written to be read — because an agreement you can’t understand isn’t one you really agreed to. These Terms describe how we intend to work together. They will get formal legal review before we ever take a payment.
StrongPapa is operated by PE Dmytro Kozhevin, a private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine.
By using StrongPapa, available at strongpapa.com, you agree to these Terms.
What StrongPapa is
StrongPapa is a daily practice that helps you build your own system for getting stronger, in body and in mind.
We give you the foundation — the first habits — and hold you to them. Everything beyond that, you build yourself, one small thing at a time.
You log a number a day, watch your weekly line, and an honest mirror asks you good questions and reflects your patterns back. We use motivational technique to keep you moving — only toward the goals you set, only in ways we would gladly show you, and you can leave at any time.
We do not run a program over you. We are not a doctor.
It is not medical advice
Nothing in StrongPapa is medical, psychological, fitness, nutrition, or health advice.
We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or tell you what is safe for your body. The questions, reflections, reminders, and AI-generated messages are not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, trainer, nutritionist, or any other qualified professional.
For decisions about your body, your health, your training, your medication, your diet, supplements, or anything you put into your body, talk to a qualified professional.
If you may be having a medical emergency or mental health crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You use StrongPapa at your own risk.
Who may use StrongPapa
You must be at least 18 years old to use StrongPapa.
By using StrongPapa, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that you are using the service for yourself.
Your account is for one person only — you.
The audition
We begin by testing each other.
You keep one small habit six of seven days and see exactly how StrongPapa works, at full strength, from the first day.
It is mutual: you decide whether our way fits you, and we are looking for a man who shows up.
Either of us can walk away.
If it is not a fit during the audition, you owe nothing.
Paying
Once you choose to continue past the audition, StrongPapa is $50 per month.
There is no free tier and no advertising. Your subscription is how the service is paid for, and the only thing we ask of you.
You can cancel at any time. You will not be locked in, chased, or guilt-tripped for leaving.
Payment is not live yet. When it is, the exact payment mechanics, renewal terms, cancellation method, taxes, and refund rules will be shown clearly and confirmed before you are ever charged.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When payments go live, cancellation will be at least as easy as signing up. If you signed up online, you will be able to cancel online.
Unless we say otherwise at checkout, cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past charges.
Your account
You sign in by email, with no password to lose.
Keep access to that inbox yours. Anyone who can read your email may be able to access your StrongPapa account.
Tell us immediately at hello@strongpapa.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity happened because of our mistake.
Your words are yours
What you log and what you write belong to you.
We claim no ownership of your numbers, notes, messages, or other content you provide to StrongPapa.
You give us permission to process your content only so we can run StrongPapa for you. This includes having AI systems read your content to generate questions, reflections, summaries, and pattern recognition.
We do not sell your content. We do not hand it to advertisers. We do not show it to other users.

AI reflections
StrongPapa uses AI.
AI can be useful, but it can also be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, or poorly matched to your situation. You should treat AI-generated questions and reflections as prompts for your own judgment, not as facts, instructions, or professional advice.
You are responsible for your own choices and actions.
Using StrongPapa honestly
Use StrongPapa for what it is.
Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it, reverse engineer it, interfere with it, abuse it, or use it to harm yourself, another person, us, or the service.
Do not upload anything illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, or invasive of someone else’s privacy.
If the relationship turns abusive, dishonest, unsafe, or unlawful, we may suspend or end your access.
That is the same right to walk away that you have.
Our service and content
StrongPapa, including its name, design, software, prompts, product structure, and service content, belongs to us or our licensors.
You may use StrongPapa for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell, resell, sublicense, or build a competing service from it without our written permission.
The service as it is
We work to keep StrongPapa reliable and the mirror honest.
But StrongPapa is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or produce any particular result.
The practice can help you string wins together. It cannot promise an outcome, and we do not promise one.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, emotional distress, or health-related outcomes connected to your use of StrongPapa.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to StrongPapa is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Some laws do not allow certain limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Ending it
Either of us can end this at any time, no drama and no penalty.
Stopping is not losing your data.
We keep your numbers and your words so you can pick up where you left off if you return. We never delete them to pressure you, and we never hold them hostage.
Ask, and we will give them back in a form you can actually use. Ask, and we will erase them entirely — any time.
Where the law requires us to keep a minimal record of a payment or legal obligation, we keep only what is required.
We would rather you go cleanly than stay because leaving was made hard.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we change them, we will tell you plainly — not bury it.
If a change matters, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use StrongPapa after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless another law is required to apply.
Any dispute will first be handled by direct, good-faith communication with us at hello@strongpapa.com. If that does not resolve it, the dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless the law requires something else.
