No tracking

We run no analytics, no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party scripts. This site loads nothing from anyone else — no outside fonts, no pixels, no tag managers. When you read this page, no one is told you were here.

The only cookie

Once you sign in, we set a single cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. That is its whole job. We use no cookies to follow you, profile you, or advertise to you, here or anywhere else.

Your numbers and your words

What you log and what you write are yours. We never sell them, never hand them to advertisers, and never show them to anyone but you. Nothing about you leaves without your say-so — we will not share your data behind your back, ever. No human browses your numbers for fun; the machine holds the mirror so that you can be honest with no one looking over your shoulder.

The machine that reads your words

The mirror is a machine, not a person — that is the point. To craft your questions, an AI model reads what you log and write. It runs on our cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services), used only to serve you. Your words are never used to train anyone’s AI, never sold, and never handed to advertisers. No human — at our cloud provider or anywhere else — browses them.

The email we keep

We need your email address to reach you — the questions arrive there, and it is how you sign in. We use it to run the service and for nothing else. We do not rent it, sell it, or hand it to advertisers.

If you stop, or leave

Stopping is not losing. If you stop paying, we keep your numbers and your words — so that if you ever come back, your history is intact. We don’t delete them to push you to pay, and we don’t hold them hostage. You can ask us to hand them back at any time, in a form you can actually use; and you can ask us to erase them, any time, and they’re gone. (The one exception: where the law requires us to keep a minimal record of a payment, we keep only that.)

Reaching a person

If you want your data, or want it gone, or simply want to ask what we hold, write to hello@strongpapa.com. A real person reads it — and writes back.
